Gianmarco Castronovo is a young professional pursuing a career in the Business and Finance fields.  Although he currently works as a Manager in the restaurant realm, Castronovo hopes to one day work in the sports industry.

Education & Training

In 2019, Gianmarco Castronovo graduated from Brookdale Community College with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration.  During his enrollment, he achieved Dean’s list designation for numerous semesters.  His overall experience in studying Business Administration largely set the foundation for Castronovo’s interest in pursuing a career in the business world.  Early on into his studies, he found himself fascinated by the fast-paced nature of business as a whole.  A natural leader, Castronovo has his sights set on the management and administration sides of business.  With his Associate’s degree in tow, this young professional is eager to get his career off the ground!

Professional Experience

Restaurant Management

Gianmarco Castronovo currently works at Santino’s Ristorante as a Manager.  He initially joined the team as a Delivery Driver, where he excelled in providing courteous customer service.  A people person, customer service comes naturally to Castronovo!  After demonstrating an eagerness to learn and progress, he was promoted to the position of Manager, a role which he continues to maintain.  This experience has introduced Castronovo to the technical aspects of operating a business.  Gaining expertise through experience is something that he deeply values and looks forward to developing as his work at Santino’s continues.  Currently, Castornovo is largely responsible for creating employee schedules, hiring and training new employees and running day-to-day operations in the restaurant.

Work Out World

Previously, Gianmarco Castronovo worked as a Front Desk Manager at Work Out World.  A blend of his passions, Castronovo loved working in a health and fitness focused environment.  More than that, he enjoyed the opportunity to work directly with gym guests.  Through this role, he was responsible for all aspects of customer service, from assisting in new member sign-ups to enforcing club policy and safety rules.
