Outside of his roles as a Sports Writer, Gianmarco Castronovo also contributes music reviews to various blogs.  He is currently focused on shining the spotlight on up and coming artists who are leaving their stamp on independent music streaming platforms, like SoundCloud.  Stay tuned as Castronovo branches out into this new territory!

Health & Fitness

Growing up with an athletic drive, health and fitness have always been important to Gianmarco Castronovo.  Over the years, he’s fine tuned his workout regimen and diet practices to meet the needs of his fitness goals.  Recently, Castronovo has reshaped his exercise routine to focus on weight lifting;  specifically, he trains for powerlifting competitions.  The competitive and yet supportive nature of the strength sport keeps him both driven and determined!  In the future, Castronovo hopes to help other fitness fanatics achieve their goals by offering lessons in powerlifting and other sports in the realm of strength athletics.
